Dilute 1 drop of this oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity) then apply to desired area as needed. • Use three to four drops in the diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice at home, office or in your car
• remove the cap of your essential oil bottle, hold it close to your nose, and inhale the scent
• Add 3-4 drops of oil in a medium-sized bowl filled with very cold water and stir. Put a washcloth in the mixture and then place it on the head of the affected. Keep the cloth away from the eyes. Reapply the cloth as necessary.
